Who is Broadscaster Herb Clark?

PHILADELPHIA - Former WCAU-TV broadcaster Herb Clarke passed away on Sunday.
News of Clarke’s passing was reported by NATAS and the Broadcast Pioneers of Philadelphia
Clarke’s wife told the Broadcast Pioneers that died from complications from Alzheimer's Disease.
Clarke, 84, was a weatherman and program host at WCAU for more than 40 years until his retirement in 1998.
